Application Process

The Coffman House has a range of living spaces, two community kitchens and nine community bathrooms. We offer single rooms, rooms with kitchens, rooms with half baths and ((studio’s) when they come available, they are first offered to current residents). Please inquire for specific availability. In order for us at The Coffman House to keep our community working great for everyone, we ask our potential future residents to fill out a short questionnaire so that we can learn a little about them. Before filling out the survey, there are a few quick guidelines that are important to know about the Coffman House:

• We do criminal background, and credit checks.

• We welcome diversity.

• No pets allowed.

• Month-to-month term, but we prefer long-term tenants.

• Strict cleanliness colicy of our shared common areas.

• Strict quiet hours (10pm - 7am).

• We are part of the Longmont Crime-Free Housing Program.

• Rooms are for a single person.
