Charles Dickens’ grandson built The Coffman House in 1902 as his personal residence. In 1930, The Coffman House became the main hospital for the city of Longmont. In 1950 it became a rooming house. It was completely updated in 2017 under new ownership.

Today, The Coffman House looks to provide affordable, safe, and clean living to a wide range of people from all over the world.

The Coffman House has a range of living spaces, two community kitchens and nine community bathrooms. We offer single rooms, rooms with kitchens, rooms with half baths and ((studio’s) when they come available, they are first offered to current residents). Please inquire for specific availability.
